Wow, it's getting dangerous around here. Between bake sales and birthday celebrations, feasts at friend's houses and my own propensity to munch at home, it's time to get back to eating right and exercise. Think I'll write a song..."Don't Grow Weary In Eating Salad". Prayer for the day: "Lead us not into the cookie aisle at Ralphs but deliver us from junk food."
