Last night Sheri started a series on "The DNA Of Relationships" by Dr. Gary Smalley. It would seem that the way you really know you're growing in obedience to the Word is often proven through your relationships. It's awesome to study the text book. Now comes the practical application. Too many people don't like that part.
At one point she said, "You can't always choose your relationships -but you can choose how you will act in those relationships. We live in a society of victims. People often feel that they are in troubled relationships and they "have no choice."
Personally I was offended by that victim remark and am considering a lawsuit.
